Rules and Guideline of Rose Bud English School
General Rules
- Students must enter the School Premises by 8.50 a.m. everyday.
- Students must not wear / bring any ornament(s)/coins to School.
- School Uniform must be cleaned and ironed. Shoes should be polished and girls must use Green & white Ribbon / Hair band.
- Students of class Pre-Nur. to Class- IX must use the Bus / Van card everyday.
- Students must submit two pencils, two erasers and a set of colour pencils for Pre-Nur. to Class-II on the first day of the Academy.
- School Uniform may be changed at any time if the School Authority feels necessary with one month notice in advance.
- Tuition fees for each class have to be deposited between 10th of every month in UBI, Mahabirsthan, Siliguri-04
- Tuition fees for each and every class may be increased at any time with one month notice in advance.
- You must send Nutritious tiffin such as fresh seasonal fruits, Breads and Butter / curry, boiled Eggs, Noodles, Cakes, Biscuits, Curdlet milk etc. Fried foods such as Chips, (Chanachur), Bhujia, Samosa etc. are strictly prohibited.
- To prevent loss of articles, umbrellas, raincoats, tiffin carriers, water carriers and school bag etc. should be marked with the name of the student.
- Students should address their teachers, all the member of the staff and fellow companions with due respect and politeness.
- Students who have been absent from class must have the reason for their absence noted in the Regularity record in the School Diary.
- Students should always wish their superiors, management, teachers and their fellow companions ''Good Morning'' or ''Good Afternoon'' as the case may be.
- Students will not be allowed to enter the school premises without proper school uniform. 15. Speaking in any other language except English is strictly forbidden in school premises.
- Students are prohibited to go out of the school premises during school hours and lunch hour without permission.
- Irregular attendance, constant negligence of students and homework not done will be severely dealt with.
- Every student must have a diary and bring it to school daily.
- Any Payment including admission fee and other charges once deposited are not refunded except S. D.
- For withdrawal of students an amount of Rs. 500 has to be deposited at School for receiving T. C.
